My journey began as a trainer and facilitator, reaching thousands of participants through talent development programmes. Over 22 years across diverse industries, it grew into leadership and OD roles: diagnosing, designing and implementing enterprise-wide capability-building initiatives that genuinely change how people lead and perform.
As a certified OD practitioner with an MA in Psychology, trained in Brain-Based Coaching, NLP, Psychodrama, Transactional Analysis and human process work, I bring structured, evidence-informed methods together with real psychological depth. Working with diverse stakeholders, dynamic teams and global clients taught me how to build and scale people development in large, complex organisations, and how to make it land for each individual, not only the organisation.
Today, through Maithreyi, I work with students and early-career professionals choosing their direction, individuals seeking clarity in life and work, and mid-career professionals and leaders ready for purpose-led growth. I also take on select L&D and OD projects with organisations whose vision matches mine.
